Mountain View Natures Park

Beautiful scenery of Cebu City from the mountain.

How to get there? Either you commute or go by a private vehicle. If you choose to commute, you must go near JY Square Mall in Lahug and you'll find a lot of "habal-habal" drivers there that will take you in Mountain View Natures' Park which is located in Busay, Cebu City.
FARES:
2 people in a motorcycle = P50 each
1 person only = P100
So, if you plan going there with your friends, make sure that two people should ride in one motorcycle to share the expense. It's more expensive if only you will ride.

There are a lot of things to do there. You can go swimming in the pool, go rope course, hiking, etc.

Taking a mirror selfie with my friend.

Her name's Carol. We traveled together when I had my vacation in Baguio. She's here to have some vacation.

There was this spot near the entrance where you could take a picture with the signage "MOUNTAIN VIEW NATURES PARK"

This white parrot could be found near the entrance.

Red parrot? Not sure about this.

As we went up the mountain, the following things were found alongside of the road.

Cinderella's carousel

Gorilla

Hiking is tiring so I have to take a rest.

It was steep so you must not drain your energy going uphill. You should consider bringing up some bottled water.

She felt tired hiking up so she drank some water.

We're still far from our destination. Look how steep it is!

I found this statue and it seemed that he's having a big problem so tapped his back.

He felt sad so I showed sympathy with him.

Just a drama. Eyyy!

These statues could be found at the entrance of the swimming pool.

Entrance going to the swimming pool.

Though we were haggard and tired, we still managed to smile.

Steph treated us some ice cream. HAPPY KIDS!!!!

We were on the roof. AHAHA!

Mickey mouse was with us.

 Look over there!

 Fascinating view. I loved it!

The viewing deck.

View from the viewing deck.

These pine trees are grown in the mountain.

It's just me pretending to take a nap.

I guess looking at the city from this view at night would be nice.

Another pose of me. Hehe

Not a real tree. It's just made from cement.

Hello there!

This tree fascinated me so I took a picture of it.

Trio on the go!

Central Park

Sitting alongside, you would enjoy the view of the mountains on the other side.

I thought she saw something out there.

As we went higher and higher in the mountain view, we saw these amazing statues of animals. In this picture, you could see some statues of  pigs.

Statues of two kangaroos. The baby is  in its marsupial pouch.

Statues of adult and young camels.

Carol was sitting beside the statues of zebras.

Statue of a rhinoceros.

Steph was holding the front teeth of this animal statue.

I found it hard to identify this statue if it's a jaguar, tiger or leopard. Could you comment your answer below?

Statues of giraffes.

Free hug from this bear statue.

This statue of a security personnel seemed to be realistic.

Deer statue.

Male frog statue having a sunbathing.

While sunbathing, this female frog statue is reading a book.

Another fascinating view.

That feeling when you climbed a mountain so high. Almost there!

We're here at Christmas Park still in Mountain View Busay.

Welcome to CHRISTMAS PARK.

Finally, we're here at the topmost part of Mountain View Nature's Park.

We thanked the Lord for giving us strength and energy to reach this place. It was worth it after all.

I'm so blessed.

It's a big cross at the topmost part of the Nature's Park.

While we stayed at the topmost part, these funny statues caught my attention.

As we went down the mountain using the stairs and not the same route when we went up, we passed this course. You could go adventure here if you have the courage.

My friend felt tired as we went down the stairs which was so high. Seemed like we couldn't move our legs anymore. When using the stairs, you must be careful not to fall down. It might be dangerous for you. Just walk slowly. All right!

You would pass these cottages when you used the stairs going down the mountain

If you plan to have an overnight stay here, you could rent some of the cottages. Prices are very reasonable.

This was the end point as we went down the mountain using the stairs. Actually, this was near the swimming pool.

This was what we felt after climbing up and down the mountain.

 It was getting dark already.

NO PAY NO ENTRY. You must pay the amount of P100 at the cashier if you want to go inside the swimming pool whether you swim or not.

Another fee aside from the entrance.

Their swimming pool is for children and adults.
