Baluarte is a must-see place in Vigan City, Why? It's because they have a lot of unusual animals there that we don't normally see in our place. Some of them were from other countries like the camel for example. I guess we all know that our country doesn't have a native camel. So, if you are really into animals, then this place might be a good one for you to visit in Ilocos Sur.
